Intertops Problem

Hey all,

I signed up at the Intertops (the sports book) and then I downloaded the poker room in order to start playing. Well I could not sign into the poker room and I was told I need to create a poker name under my account. I have no idea how to do this and the site takes you in circles. If anyone has had this problem or can help let me know.

I have this exact problem. Unfortunately, I deposited $500 into the sportsbook when I wanted it in the poker room. I clicked the sign up link from the poker software.

I thought it was all the same account, and it wouldn't matter anyway. You can't cash out from the sportsbook for 14 days after a deposit. I emailed them and got absolutely no response. I can cashout in 4 days and I'm not going back there.

I just cashed out from InterTops Poker to my SportsBook account. Are you saying that I won't be able to cash out for 14 days?

Here is what I would do:

go to www.sportsbookreview.com and email them and tell them what is happening. make sure you CC it to intertops. sportsbookreview.com should be able to take care of it for you. I had a problem with intertops (just the sportsbetting part, i have not played poker there) and I wrote SBR and they took care of it withing 48 hours. Intertops has a high rating with SBR, so they shold solve everything quickly for you.

also, i can't say for sure that this will work. but it is worth a shot. i can't stand intertops for sportsbetting...their lines suck as well as their customer service.
