Happened to me too.
Playing in the $100+9 from 1:00 EST 33 left, 30 get paid, then it locked up for about 45min then all of a sudden just disappeared. I still haven't got an email, but they did put ~$600 into my account. edit: I did harass them twice on the phone and twice on email for my $$$, don't know if that helped or not. Regards, Woodguy

ok, after I logged out recently and then back on, I got a nice pop up saying they were sorry and I got my $10+1 refund for the $200K qualifier I was playing in. Haven't seen my $20+2 refund yet though for the other tourney.
Patience is a virtue (I have yet to master)!

Sometimes they can't continue the tournament for some reason, so they split the prize pool half evenly betweeen the remaining players and half in proportion to the chips each player has. It has happened to me twice.
