I like the turn bet. You already played the hand in such a way that you are ahead and the UTG+1 knows it. I could see him folding right there or maybe calling to the river on a bad draw and folding to your river bet. Bet the turn and probably bet the river regardless. Expect a fold. Checking here is gonna show you were semibluff betting the flop and may induce him to try and take control of the hand. If you get check raised, oh well, suck it up and call on your nut flush draw anyways.
