PokerTracker & Observed Hand History

I had PT installed and was getting the observed hand history imported from my hard drive up until Oct. 20th. Now I'm only getting the tables I play at. The observed hands aren't even getting written to my hard drive anymore.

I have WinXP and recently installed SP2 and was thinking that might have something to do with it. Anyone have this happen and if so, how did they correct it?
