Well, not the hottest looking by any means, but the one who singlehanded gave a bunch of white geeky guys yellow fever has to be Minmei from Macross/Robotech. Her, and then Tamlyn Tomita in Karate Kid 2 delivered a 1-2 punch that created many a "halfie." "Halfie" is not meant to be a derogatory term, as it's been logically proven that halfies are indeed the best looking people in the world.
