Default Where to play micro-limit NL SNGs?

My girlfriend has been playing the $5+1 SNGs on Party lately. The 20% fee hurts, and she'd like to find somewhere to play with a low buyin, so she can stretch her small bankroll as far as possible.

Is there a site with a smaller 1-table-tournament buyin, maybe $1 or $2? I know Pacific has $2 and $2.50, but I hear so much about collusion there that it would be nice to play somewhere else.

If $5 + 0.50 is the best we can do outside of Pacific? If so, would pokerstars be a good place to play?

I've played the $5 and $10's at Pacific. Ive heard the rumors about collusion but never experienced them. I was at a +50% ROI at the $5 at Pacific logging over 100 SNG's. Plus if you max out the deposit she can play off the bonus.

thegamingclubpoker.com has 2 dollar SnG's plus they will give you 15 bucks to sign up. No credit card or anything. Give it a shot. The low limit stuff there is pretty ripe for the pickings also.
