two Neteller accounts?

I am opening a new bank account, for poker use only, to keep track of my poker winnings (and losses) more accurately. A nice little bonus of doing this too is that i get to re-whore at all the poker sites. I was wondering if I could open another neteller account with my new bank account, or will I have to use IGM-pay to fund my poker accounts?

I think NETeller only allows one account per person regardless of number of bank accounts.
