3bet. It looks to me like they both have mid pocket pairs, and they are putting you on a good ace. If it is capped, so be it. I guess you COULD go for the overcall, but I think 3betting is more +EV as UTG might be very stubborn and call.

I would bet the turn and call down if raised, most likely have pocket pair or are trying to pull something on you
