Default Wild action with KK. Should I dump?

MP1 just joined the table and posted his blind.
Button was pretty loose from what I had seen.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. MP1 posts a blind of $0.5.
UTG folds, Hero raises, MP1 (poster) calls, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button 3-bets, SB folds, BB folds, Hero caps, MP1 calls, Button calls.

I think this is standard. Just me and the button raising.

Flop: (13.50 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 calls, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, MP1 calls, Button caps, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

After the betting gets capped here, I put the button on a big pair (AA, KK, or QQ???). Why is MP1 calling all these raises? (I think to myself)

Turn: (12.75 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 calls, Button raises, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

Action slowed down here.

River: (18.75 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 raises, Button 3-bets, Hero calls, MP1 caps, Button calls, Hero calls.

Now MP1 is raising. Button starts raising again.

Final Pot: 30.75 BB

Here's my big question...I feel like I'm beat on the river. Do I call the the raise and the re-raise, knowing that it will get capped? It was 3 bets for a 30 BB pot.

I wouldn't bet the turn or river. The flop being capped followed by the scare card would put me in call down mode or fold, depending on the action. I certainly don't understand the stop and go at the end.

I wouldn't dump my ex-wife with this much money in the pot.

MP1 had TdJd and the button had AA. Mp1 actually made his hand on the turn, but did not raise until the river.
