It depends on how you played before the break. If you're a poor player who got lucky, hope your luck continues.

If you've got there through solid, selective play, then keep doing that. Look for situations where you can steal blinds as they rise, just like in holdem with the big stack. Be careful of limping into too many pots just because you have a big stack. When it's costing you a small percentage of your chips to see the flop and then a small stack has the audacity to come after you, you might make some bad calls/chase downs. That will kill your stack.

Omaha big stack is a bit different than HE because HE players are better, on average. You usually have to show down the best hand in Omaha, or at least have to do it more often.

On the other hand, look for medium stacks that are playing cautiously and go after their blinds, even if you're a few off the button.

Don't bluff without outs. If it gets checked to you and you really don't have a hand, check it through. A lot of people will check powerful hands to you figuring you're going to try to steal. Use this to your advantage for the times you'll suck out on one of your longshot draws.

Also, keep in mind, just because you start with a big stack at the break, even a monster one, in pot limit everything gets much more expensive after the ante and blinds raise. Stacks begin climbing rapidly as players get knocked out. So don't play so tight that soon you're one of 40 left with about the same size stack.

Many times you'll play your big stack correctly and still lose. That's not choking, that's poker.

Make sure you raise the good hands. Make the smaller stacks put themselves at risk of going out when they play against you. You can afford to play raised pots all the time, while they can't really. Should get an added benefit of folding round to your blind a few times when noone has much.
