Hitting every single party skin, AGAIN?

Does anyone had success with this?I'm sure if I got to lan houses I can make a ton of accounts but I'm not sure they will track me down with the neteller number, personal information, etc, is this unethical and against their rules to do it?I think I read a post on BW forums that some guy got mad with the empire fiasco and did it

It's probably against the rules and at worst, you'll get your accounts / money frozen. I'm assuming you want to open multiple accounts at one Party skin, right?
