I've opened an account with Neteller three weeks ago and basically everything works fine. All transactions from my bank to Neteller worked and the transaction to and from Party and Empire went through smoothly.
My worries are with the customer support (support@neteller.com). I sent the first e-mail two weeks ago. I had a couple of questions like switching back from and € account to a $ account and why there are no longer giveaways available (at least for me even though I have enough netpoints). Meanwhile I sent three reminders and received not a single response. I receive the automated notifications though, so I assume there is not a problem with my e-mail set up. What are your experience with customer support? Has it deteriorated recently or do I have to live with it since it always has been like this. Are my chances better If I give them a call? |

You need to call, thier CS is great when you call, I did send an email once, I don't think I even got a response, but you can call, and you also can use the "live chat" feature. Sometimes you will get nothing from the live chat feature for like 20 minutes or even longer, that means its messed up, every 3-5 minutes, close it out and open a new live chat, and a person will be right with you.

and usually call in the night, there isnt usually a wait then, some days there could be a 15+ minute wait.
