3-bet the flop to knock UTG out or at least make him pay full price for his turn card.

Call down if you get capped. Otherwise keep betting until he raises and then call him down.

The turn checkraise plan is unwise. You are giving excess action to someone who very often has a four or pocket sixes for his raise. If he has an OESD you won't like that either.

The turn 3-bet presents a very difficult but completely foreseeable problem. The only valid solution is not to create this situation.
