PT: Amount of hands in NL before note

I´m playing 0.25/0.5 NL and I´m using Poker Tracker to se my own statistics as well as trying to determing how my opponents play.. now i´m wondering what is a good amount of hands before putting a note on your oppenents, ie VP$IP and preflop raise and stuff like that. I saw in antoher post that on FL that bisonbison inly had 30 hands before noting them, but that seems like a very small number in NL..
