Abuse of mIRC Op Powers?

I received a perma ban kick from B_Dids from the twoplustwo mIRC chat room for disagreeing with his political views. I called Michael Moore a democratic propagandist and i got banned, this was in the middle of the bush/kerry debate so everyone was talking politics. This is the most unprofessional display of moderator control, Who can i talk to appeal this?
