Cap pre-flop

bet the turn,
call any check-raises

check the river or call a river bet

Cap pre-flop, flop (capped) is fine, bet the turn and consider your options if raised, and definitely value bet the river if the turn is checked around. For the Q on the turn to mean anything, your opp would have to have either JT (for the flopped straight anyhow), or QQ.

As a great poker writer recently said: "Be Aggressive, B-E Aggressive."
