Default Folding a flush

First of all I was slightly distracted at the beginning of this hand and thought I was in opening from late-middle position. The game was somewhat tight and had been for a while, so I was really going for a steal and understood what was happening before the pre-flop action completed.

Hmm, I got lucky on the flop.

Turn is even better. This guy has a 7, or AQ.

Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero folds.

Grrr. DUMP!

Very bad fold. Especially when you're heads up. What makes you so sure he has a boat? If he had a Q, he probably would've raised the flop. He could be raising the turn with an Ace or smaller flush. You were getting almost 11-1 odds to call the river. Even if you only had a 9% chance of winning, you still need to call.

spicyf wasn't the one that folded. i think the hero went too far on the hand, the villian obviously flopped a boat or quads.

Intresting. I was figuring a bare Q, or a 7. What makes you think Q7, or 77?

No reads on the player?

Im calling this.

Whenever i've folded something like this it seems to eat at me much more often than not. I don't like that feeling. This is an easy call. He played it like he had an A. Hell, he could even have a smaller flush.

b

ps. pay more attention or don't multitable.
