Bonuses, do they affect affiliate earnings?

Hi,
Just curious, say I get a reload bonus from a party skin of $100. Does an affiliate stop getting paid their cut of rake until the skin has made up for this bonus amount?

If you are an affiliate, and you offer a new player a bonus, you do not get paid rake untill 1/2 the bonus is made from 20% of the GMR. You cannot lose money, but you "pay" 1/2 the bonus from your fees. This is on partypoker anyways, other affiliates differ.
