Default Negotiating with Empire.

Well, they sent me a new code for another $100, cheeky or WHAT.

Anyway, I took a deep breath and managed to write a whole email without swearing.

Er,

I've already played enough hands for this and you took the bonus away from me.

Do you really think I'm stupid enough to fall for the same trick twice?

How about you simply pay me the money for the hands that I've already done rather than make me play more hands for less money

I played 1000 hands (almost) which is $200 of bonus.

Subtract the $50 that you manged to cough up, and that leaves $150, in fact it was a shade under and I'm feeling kind today, so call it $140.

Give me $140 and you can cancel this alleged $100 'STEALTWICE' code or whatever you call it and we'll call it a truce.

Lori,

Their support is truly awful. I doubt they even read emails in full.

I should have saved every response I have every gotten from the iGlobalmedia(Party/Empire/skins..) support people. They must have gone out of their way to hire only the most incompetent, least helpful, and retarded people in all of India.

You are right.

Yesterday, I sent three emails, the first was rather rude and listed here somewhere, the second told them "Dont send me any standard email replies" although not as nicely worded as that and the third said "I told you not to send me any standard emails, get someone to actually read this if you can't", although again, it wasn't so kindly written.

their email support is horrible. I asked to close my account. The reply made no mention of my request and closed by thanking me for choosing empire.
