Default PFR %

hey just wondering what % of the time you should be raising preflop in PP 100 NL online? I have a VP$IP of 21% and 7% PFR, so that means that about 2/3 of hands I am playing I limp or call and 1/3 I raise. What should this be idealy? I feel I play quite tight (21% VP$IP) but may not be aggressive enough with reraises preflop.

Although i feel this way, most of the players's stats (even winning players, not the crap ones) show a higher VP$IP than me but still lower PFR, or about the same.

Any thoughts on this general concept much appreciated.

PS i didnt know to put this in general or small stakes NL but decided on this becasue i'm talking exclusively about NL at the 100$ level.
