Empire Bonus Glitch & ?

Apparantly, I'm not eligible for the bonus because I used EMPIRE500 when I first got the account.

This is the reply from e-mailing them, apparantly they've forwarded me to the "concerned department" whatever that is.

Let me know if you guys are having the same problem.
