Default K9s in the BB

Opponent is way too loose, and somewhat tricky postflop.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB completes, Hero raises, SB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, SB calls.

Turn: (5 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero calls.

River: (9 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Default Re: K9s in the BB

Given that you know your opponent is loose, it would seem that there would be a wide range of hands which he could have and give you the action he did on the flop and turn. He could conceivably have something like 9-6, or maybe even AX of diamonds and check-raised the turn when he picked up his flush draw. And if he's REALLY wild, he might even have something like AXo and decided to make a move when he paired his ace on the turn.

So, considering the wide range of hands he could have, I would assume your kings-up are probably best on the river. I'd have gone ahead and raised that river.
