Default PreFlop raise percentages...

Hi,
I remember reading somewhere, that good poker players play around 20% of the hands they're dealt preflop. I also read its good to raise about 7% of the time, preflop.

I would like to know what the raising percentage should be ON the flop. I have a bad habit of raising on a blank-filled flop with AK. And I seem to raise with middle pairs with a painted flop. So, out of the 7% of the hands raised with preflop, what percentage should a good player be raising with ON the flop?
Thanks in advance. Sorry if this has already been covered.

You're not really asking the right question. Better to focus on what types of hands to raise with based upon the texture of the flop, the size of the pot, the number of opponents and your position.

Just knowing what percentage of flops you're raising won't in and of itself tell you much about how well you're playing.

Post specific hands/situations and get feedback. There's no magic formula in this game.
