Do any of the techies know how playing on these sites will be recoreded. For example if you browse a site that will be recorded but if you are playing a java game that must be in almost constant contact with the server how much does it show up?

The fact is, if you're on a network controlled by someone else (such as an employer), they will be able to track your network activity no matter what. If they see you repeatedly hitting a certain webpage, they can track that. If they see you running something that opens up a connection to a certain server over and over, they can track that.

I suggest not doing something that you'd rather they not know you're doing.
