Default ITM and ROT-questions

apologizing in advance if this had been posted before-searching results were unfruitful

hello. i just discovered this fourm and i find the discussions to be very interesting. however i am unable to understand the meaning of some of the posts because i am unfamiliar with the terms ITM and ROT. if anyone could explain these terms and their relationship to sit and goes i would be very greatful.

ITM = In The Money
ROI = Return On Investment. (wish mine was better)
