Default How do I play this hand?

I've only recently jumped to party poker from pokerstars, so nine to the flop was unusual for me. First orbit or so, so no real reads on any of the players. My question is, since so many people are in this hand, is is better for me to try for the check raise on the turn? I felt completely lost throughout this hand, never seeming to be able to control the action. What should I have done differently?

I agree. If the game is consistently this loose and players are often coldcalling raises, you could consider raising pre-flop here for value.
