Well it's definatley not never lose. He down right sucks for a highstakes winning player(it's all relative), I can't picture that lag being the highest winner online. I will nominate a guy who very few of you know. His handle is Wasserman and he plays the 200/400 short games at Ladbrokes. He is a deadly player and the stakes are fat. Watch him play somebody and see for yourself........

You're probably thinking of Wassberg (named after a famous Swedish skier BTW) who is playing 200/400 HU at this very moment. I also believe he calls himself Lennart at Pokerstars.

Maybe you should load up some of these games we're talking about here. Ever seen SpiritRock with $40,000+ at the $5,000 max buy-in 25/50 NL? He breaks $20,000+ regularly and I've seen him with $40,000+ often and I barely ever fire up that game to watch. [/ QUOTE ] Spirit Rock often goes through many rebuys before finally accumulating the massive stack you see. Unless you watch from the beginning moments of the table, if you see him sitting with $40,000 it's because he's more likely up $5000 to $15000. Still a great night, but, it's misleading to assume he's up anywhere as much as he has in front of him on most nights. |

on another note, can anyone explain to me how someone can lose their entire stack and rebuy right back in... for example... saw a guy lose about $4k on a hand, and he rebought for $5k and got right back into it...
at the very least if i had that kind of bankroll i'd think i'd want to take a quick break... |
