Just seems like such a hard thing to do, but I fully understand why. No need for an example there was an EP raise and I was in MP - folded.

should you generally fold-yes.

also factor in position and tendencies of preflop raiser, as calling on the button against a LAG with loose raising standards in the CO is OK.

How about KQo in the BB? Today, I had it in the BB w/a 3-bet, and I dumped it. Probably some of the factors I outlined above affect it.

There are of course some exceptions (e.g., three-betting a possible steal raise), but you should almost always fold KQo to a legitimate raise pre-flop.

Last night I got one hand of KQo vs. PF raiser.

It's a somewhat tight 1/2 table with 3~4 seeing the flop.
UTG+1 raises and I had KQo at Button. Usually I will fold but 3 guys cold called 2bets before me. I could not resist to cold call too.

I am wondering whether the 3 coldcalls give more reasons for fold or make the cold call at button acceptable?

By the way, I folded on a Axx rainbow flop when all guys before me called one bet.

If it's a tight table, what are the 3 guys who cold called calling with?

The problem is with an EP raise that you will be dominated a large amount of the time that you hit and you will end up paying off with second best hand, unless they don't happen to hold the high card which you pair with on the flop, in which case you are unlikely to get paid off (except by TT or JJ on a Kxx or Qxx board by some players). The cold-callers affect domination because you will likely be getting more than 1:1 on your money when you pair and if the EP raiser doesn't have the same high cards as you, there will be others to pay you off.

However, you're still going to be calling down a lot and losing when you do pair, and this will be against the other players as well, so I think you should fold unless they are absolutely awful (read: far too loose) both pre and post flop, which these players probably aren't if the table is tight.
