Default When, if ever, should I have slowed down here?

Re-edited to add that this belongs in limit, sorry (the fine resolution + my bad eyes screwed me).

Edited to add that the table is pretty fishy/loose from the time I've been here EXCEPT for MP1 who seems to know his stuff (no reads this early, but he has lots and lots of chips).

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero calls, UTG+2 calls, MP1 raises, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls, Hero calls, UTG+2 calls.

Flop: (14.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (7 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls, MP1 raises, MP2 calls, CO calls, BB folds, UTG folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG+2 calls, MP1 caps, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero calls, UTG+2 calls.

Turn: (17.25 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, UTG+2 calls, MP1 raises, MP2 calls $5 (All-In), CO calls, Hero calls, UTG+2 calls.

River: (26.50 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players, 1 all-in)
Hero bets, UTG+2 folds, MP1 raises, CO folds, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 30.50 BB

I'm all in on the turn, he missed his draw if he is drawing, he must think that he has something big and this could be a mistake going all in but I'm not letting him draw out if I can help it, I take my chances all in here.

I see no reason to wait

3 bet the turn, if it's capped check / call the river.

BTW this is the small stakes PL NL forum.
