turning stone tournaments

I am planning on going up to Turning Stone this Sunday to play in their $100 buy-in plus $20 entry fee tournament. Being that this is my first time entering a tournament at Turning Stone, I was wondering if anyone could tell me approximately how many people play in these tournaments?
