AA Hand--Is this line okay or too passive?
Assume that my read on opponents is that they are loose passive with the potential for trickiness.
Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. UTG raises, MP folds, CO calls, Hero 3-bets, SB calls, BB folds, UTG calls, CO calls. Flop: (13 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, UTG checks, CO checks, Hero checks. Turn: (6.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, UTG checks, CO bets, Hero calls, SB calls, UTG folds. River: (9.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players) SB checks, CO checks, Hero bets, SB raises, CO folds, Hero 3-bets, SB caps, Hero calls. Re: AA Hand--Is this line okay or too passive?
I think that's perfect. Possibly place a bet on the flop, to entice a raise and see where you stand, but a free turn card can't hurt either. I'd call a single bet on the turn even though I'm not too pleased with it. The river is perfect though.
