Default Shintaro at the Bellagio?

Has anyone been to this restaurant? I've never heard it mentioned when Vegas sushi places are discussed, but I'm curious.

I've been to sushi factory...it was decent. Good value for the money of course. My sushi was being made by a guy who couldn't have been a day over 22, and he just gave me a blank stare and shrugged when I asked him what was good that day.

This makes me want to go to the Ru San's lunch buffet now. $8.50 for as much sushi as you can stomach. I know, sounds horrible, but it's surprisingly good. Their dinner prices are, of course, a lot higher, so I guess they try to rope you in early in the day to come back later.

I gather from the lack of responses that no one has been there?

One last bump to make sure.

No that you asked, but one of the best dining experiences of my life was at The Bellagio's Picasso.

Be sure to do the wine menu thing, where they match a half-glass of wine perfectly with each course...spectacular!
