this means raising early is not an option. ill raise the river sometimes or ill just call sometimes. probably more of the latter.

Doing anything much besides calling and checking (and folding) after a limp-reraise is out of line imo. This is provided that the pot isn't multiway. There just isn't a good reason to get crazy when he will have AA/KK so often. Anytime you hold Ax and get backraised HU, you should only be prepared to make some noise if you make trips out of your kicker.

being a nit: can also go to war with a broadway straight specially on unpaired board.

I also agree a lot with all your other points 2 posts up in the thread and, though the 20-30% equity is the most important factor in this exact hand, for some reason I find the meta-game aspect pleasing:

- We don't want to encourage him to do this again if he has a good hand. Piss him off by calling down with AQ when he has AA. Maybe it will get him to play more straight forward the next time.

I just keep realizing how much more there is to learn about this game ...
