There is none. It's 5% no cap.

Re: Online chat with eric123\'s cousin, very long but interesting.
yes, a lot of the comments are out of jealousy, but there is something to be said for modesty and humbleness. that is great he is proud of his accomplishments so far, i hope with age he may mature a bit and be able to exploit what he has created and carve out a nice career for himself. some of the most annoying deplorable people IMO, are those who are fortunate and look at themselves as gods and enjoy flashing it in peoples faces, not to mention as cubs says these people are often inflating their figures to feel better about themselves. just an observation.

Poker legends who I met when they were hatchlings........
I have been playing online poker for about 3 years, in the beginning I only knew of one site and I was a former limit player who was a grinder and was sick of it, so I tried to win at paradise pokers 3/6 mano a mano game, after about 3k in losses I found out I couldn't beat the game(combination of weak play and just plain addiction), but since I was a winning limit player when my city had legal casinos I spotted a player who I knew would become a top high limit pro or no limit pro he was called Peasant(he won the UB cruise tourney last year) he has since won a WPT event and been on the final table for the bonus end of tour event, do I think Eugene is as good as Peasant, no but seeing Peasant in action was like watching Wayne Gretzky as a 16 year old or Mike Tyson in the Junior Olympics, you knew he was going places. As for Eugene I think you should seriously think about leaving the US as 100K a year in affiliate income is too high to lose to the vagaries of a congress which could ban this form of income in a split second, live in the Carribean and play when you want and chase punnany. By the way I played Eugene shorttable at pokerroom he was ultraaggressive but I couldn't spot that he had the ability of Peasant but maybe we only played for about 2 sessions. Infact I taunted him by calling him a crackhead the way he tried and slashing out my top pair ace or king kicker(he had second pair or something).

Re: What games do you play at Foxwoods?
I play the 20-40 holdem there and usually go about three times every two months. If you play the 20-40, you may know me as "the young guy that wears a suit", it's been joked about a bunch of times even though I've only worn it three or four times. There is a high chance that I will be going this weekend, most likely on Saturday. I never play the tournaments.
Send me a pm if you are going to be there. I can tell you what I will be wearing and how I look before I leave so that we can find each other. Looking forward to meeting you. -Eugene |

Interesting post. I don't remember playing you, so I think it must of been when I was first starting out in poker (if it was 3-6 or 2-4 than it was within my first one to three months of playing. I play on a different level now, but am still very agressive compared to 90% of my opponents.

[ QUOTE ] contact the IRS and detail for them your operation. [/ QUOTE ] ... stupid idea, I plan to file my taxes. [/ QUOTE ] Other problems Here's the problem, eugene. You have a tax liability. If you don't pay that, the IRS will get you. Enough people know who you are that I'm sure someone has reported you to the IRS. Not a problem if you're planning to pay, but if you don't, people have a big motivation to report you since the IRS has an "affiliate program" of their own and will give the person who reports you a nice chunk of your unpaid taxes and penalties. But Massachusetts doesn't like people to facilitate unlicensed gambling, which is what you're doing. Based on state statutes, it looks like the worst you could get is a $10k fine and 15 years in jail, so it's not that bad, I guess. I think they'd have a pretty clear-cut case against you, so hopefully nobody reports you. Massachusetts gambling law As far as federal law goes, I don't believe anybody has been prosecuted for facilitating offshore poker betting and I don't believe there is any case law for that yet, so it's still a gray area. But there have been prosecutions for sportsbooks and I do know that people from the US involved w/ online poker have chosen to move abroad, just in case. Sports betting prosecution |

Re: Online chat with eric123\'s cousin, very long but interesting.
Look these taunts are pathetic, if you would make threats against the guy because he hasnt declared over 100K in taxable income, I know this is bull, if I were him I would leave the US and go to a place where this is perfectly legal ie the Carribean or continental Europe. But these idle threats are pathetic, I have more respect for mobsters who run bookie operations than the worm who drops a dime on him because he owes the bookie 10K and wants to collect a reward from the FBI...........
