It's not weak-tight thinking, it's giving your opponents waaay too much credit. Manipulating pot size is usually not a real factor in a good .5/1 game, because nobody knows how big the pot is unless it's humongulous. [/ QUOTE ] In that case you're not manipulating the pot size because the opponents will fold when they don't have the odds. But if you know they're calling stations, by manipulating the pot you make tham commit errors when they call. I mean, it can be right to manipulating the odds because the odds are there even if they don't know about it. |
