Road Trip Location?

Even though I hate the south I will also have to reccomend Tunica.

IT has the Vegas feel, lots of cardrooms close to each other, lots of tourneys and cash games, good comps and decent room rates.

Also about 30 min from Memphis so if you get sick of gambling you could always head north to goto some bars or clubs and catch some good live music.
