Trump resorts

i was at trump last night in IN and some of the poker there was just bad i didnt do so well only lost 50 playing 5/10 but was up all night at its highest 200 and i was just wondering since i am new to the B&M side of the game i was wondering how u can get around the suck outs at the tables i mean i couldnt get people to lay down any suited card regardless of a raise or anything i need help i love the game and enjoy getting better so if there is anyone that has anything to say let me know
