Does anyone have an emailaddress that Empire actually read ?

Been mailing empire several times about a check I requested about 6 weeks ago and haven´t recieved yet, but they dont reply..

Been mailing to info@empirepoker.com, think once to vip@empirepoker.com (not sure that exists though, but think they mailed me at one point about their new mail for vip support, what should take a day most for them to get reply from. Didnt save the mail though, anyone have that address ?).

Are there any else I should try ?
