Your thoughts on flopping top two pair (connectors!)
Last night in my journey to beat Party 1/2 ( I just got my
BB/100 in the black too), I flopped top two pair three times (all three connectors) only to lose to straights. In all three hands, I was in LP and limped in with cards such as 9T, TJ, and KQ, all off suit. All were about 3 to 5 players to the flop. The problem was, I can't get away from top two pair so I just called them down. Two of the hands were river suckouts. I've got to do some odds research on this. In all cases, the eventual winner flopped an OESD, so he's hanging around for sure. Utcha think? |
