Re: TPTK meets turn aggression
UTG check-raising the field is a sign of great strength. Against some players, I can lay this down, and I'll call down against more aggressive players. I wouldn't be 3-betting this turn though.

Re: TPTK meets turn aggression
I would not 3-bet this turn....
This is not a C/R semi-bluff to try for a cheap showndown (Villian is OOP) It is a C/R to trap everyone for 2 BBs. Basically it says "I can beat TP". Looks like a slowplayed set 99? or 2 pr. K9? Having said that, I would call down. You're getting 11.5:1 with 5 outs to 2 pr or trips. Rich |

Re: TPTK meets turn aggression
given your stats on villain, the *best* you can hope for here is a split. If you had some real reads on him, you could probably lay this down often. With a pfr of 3.5 he may not raise AKo in EP, but probably will not wait till the turn to c/r a pfr when he hits TP. He'll have a set here the significant majority of the time (probably too tight for K9), but without a good postflop read, I call down.
