Default Voting Reform

You may have seen the stories about the commission that Jimmy Carter was on about improving the voting system around the country.

One proposal that Carter endorsed was the requirement of photo IDs to prevent voter fraud. Usually, many Democrats are opposed to this as discriminatory against the lower classes.

Is requiring photo IDs a good positive step in your opinion?

Should we have "purple fingers" to ensure people don't vote twice?

What other ideas do you think would improve the voting system nationwide?
