DirecTV: -has NFL Sunday Ticket
-does NOT have TNT-HD (although it does have regular TNT)
Dish Network: -has TNT-HD
-does NOT have NFL Sunday Ticket
otherwise, all things being equal I prefer DirecTV, and I VASTLY prefer either over cable. Better picture quality, more channels, more options, lower price, better service...you name it. Why anyone has cable TV I really don't know.
