Is there a generally accepted rule for toking the staff of a tournament? i.e.) Percentage of prize, relation to the place you came in, etc. I've seen people toke large amounts, relatively small amounts, nothing due to not winning a top prize, and there doesn't seem to be an accepted rule of thumb as there is in other things like tipping a waitress.

I have the same question about promotional jackpots as well. There doesn't seem to be an accepted rule of thumb regarding the dealer's toke, or is there?

Does anyone know?
