Definitely avoid it if only for legal reasons. But thye age thing is so ridiculous and arbitrary. Think about it. You're 17 and [censored] the [censored] out of your 17 year-old day and night. Suddenly you turn 18 and are now a rapist because your birthdays are off by a few months? It's pretty silly. If you're 19 and she's 14, I don't know if I have a problem with it.
