We need to bet out at this bee-yotch as much for value as for protection.
Overcards (drawing dead, little do they know...) will call one bet on this flop and then fold if the turn bricks for them. We need to get their money now.
The draws we "fear" may not even be out there. Our pot equity is ginormous here. I'm betting/raising this flop at every opportunity and leading the turn no matter what (like ollie said), slowing down only if one of the more obvious draws comes in and I'm played back at.
