I'd fold this preflop, you need more limpers to make this holding profitable. You'll lose more by playing around in small pots like this than you'll win when you hit your hand.

Since you got as far as you did, I think you can fold the flop since the pot just isn't worth fighting over. Turn is fine, river needs to be raised (you can fold to a 3-bet or call depending on your read, which is important).

I'd expect MP1 to show a medium pocket pair here unless you know he's loose enough to open limp with something containing a 4. However, if MP1 is bad enough to make a limp like that, he's likely to slowplay his trips because poor players slowplay at every opportunity.
