So if I do this and change IP address and reformat my hard drive, my computer is viewed as a 'new user' from any gambling site?. Or do I need to do anything else?.

From the recent account closures. I thought I'd diminish my risk at empire. They froze my account. I promptly cashed out from all the other skins and still emailing back and forth vip@empirepoker.com...

I can play 30-60 on party and 20-40 paradise and survive.

I have the BR for 50-100, but not necessarily want to start...
