I didn't reraise the turn because I was worried he had already made his flush. Even though it's so loose at these limits, I usually don't get THAT much action, unless villan had a made hand already....

It's a borderline hand. According to the expected value charts I got from 10 million hands played on PP, its +EV UTG.
