Hey, they can cut the field by two thirds in one day. That is what they did on Monday. From over 1000 down to 270+. So all you need is one more day to accomodate 7,500. Cut down from 7500 to 2500...

I'm a newbie retread. I used to play a considerable amount of 7 stud at Caesar's (am I old or what?) and Bellagio. Limits up to 50-100 or so. Did OK

Exactly. The "Pros", by and large, don't have nearly the experience in online tournaments that players like Greg have. And I do believe that the first 2 days of the tournament play much like those....
