Re: Quick one

That was basically what i was thinking. Sometimes weak players do make crazy bluffs and attempts to steal pots, but I usually give them credit for hand when the c/r the turn like that.

Re: Quick one

Yes I'm sure game conditions play a huge roll in the decision here.

Re: Quick one

How often will he fold on the river? Does he c/r as a semibluff often--have you ever seen him do it? What other hands have you seen him c/r the turn with?

I would take the free showdown, isn't...

Re: Who will be in AC this week?

He's right sounds like you should go straight to the Borgata and get in the 6/12 game. The game is ridiculous and the waitresses are butter. Don't let them tell you that bullshit that you can't...

Re: What Pros do you respect/route for the most?

Garry Greenstein, Phil Ivey and Gus Hansen are my favorite to watch.

Helmuth is funny and I like to watch Freddy Deb or whatever his name is start swearing.

Re: QQ with JJ on the table

After a three-bet I think most people would lead out on the turn here. If he raises, you might think about folding depending on your read on him.

Re: 89s raises limpers in LP

you need to fold preflop unless you are positive a couple more players will limp.

My natural instinct--which may be wrong--would be to raise the flop i am curious what others think..Probably...

Re: My god why did I check this river

"If I bet this maniac is going to bet either way, whether he is tripped up or not, so I might as well check call and save a bet in case he does have it." Am I right?

If so, I would assume that...

Re: A5s in BB, Heads Up Against Early Raise

Without much info on the opponent a call here is not terrible. With no additional money in the pot though, I dont think it is a good call. I think you need to c/r the flop here. If you do this you...

Re: KQo Hand
